王勝先生是澳大利亞移民部首批授予的移民代理, 同時,王勝先生也是大陸新移民首批獲得會計師資格的專業人士.王勝先生是澳大利亞維多利亞省華人聯合會(維省最大華人組織) 主席, 華人社區福利中心主任, 澳華聯合商會名譽會長 (1995-1996, 1998-1999任會長). 同時為澳洲公證會計師協會會員, 執業公證會計師, 註冊稅務代理, 澳洲移民協會會員, 註冊移民代理.

王勝先生的個人簡歷如下:
1983年畢業于江西財經大學並留校任教.
1985年初赴澳在墨爾本皇家理工大學作訪問學者.
1985年底受聘於世界五大會計師樓之一—悉尼.
1988年畢業于悉尼麥覺理大學並獲經濟學碩士.
1989年受聘於墨爾本一家大型律師樓並擔任總經理.
1991年創辦王勝會計事務所.
1993年創辦王勝移民事務所.
1995年澳華聯合商會創辦人之一, 首任會長.
1996年被中华人民共和国国务院邀请回国，并受到江泽民总书记接见.
1999年擔任維省華聯會第一副主席, 並代表澳大利亞華人應邀參加國慶50周年典禮.
2000年至2004年担任维省华人社团联合会主席
2002年创办王胜第一财务中心
